First Step... Certified Trainer:

Certified trainers are responsible for training all new hires at their restaurant and for assisting the managers in maintaining CPK's high standards. You will become involved in management meetings, assist with special projects and be given the chance to participate in new store openings around the country (when available).

Second Step... Shift Leader:

Once you have completed the Certified Trainer program, you will be eligible for promotion to either a Dining Room Shift Leader (DSL) or Kitchen Shift Leader (KSL). At CPK, we believe that training is one of the keys to building a successful career. Our Shift Leader programs are one of the best career developmental tools for team members interested in furthering their career in the restaurant industry. The programs offer in-depth knowledge through each area of management and have been designed to prepare employees for the next level of responsibility. Training for both programs include interactive workbooks, hands-on learning and curriculum testing.

Next Step... Management:

We will hire more than 275 new managers this year. Approximately thirty percent of those managers will be promotions from within.
