  1. How do I purchase CPK Gift Cards?

    You can purchase CPK Gift Cards from all of our full-service California Pizza Kitchen locations. You can also order gift cards online today! Our new electronic gift card option allows gift givers the opportunity to send their gift instantly.

  2. Can I order a CPK Gift Card online and pick it up at my local restaurant?

    At this time you are not able to pick up your online Gift Card orders at our restaurants. When you order online, your cards will be shipped directly to the address you provide. Or you can purchase an eGift card and have it emailed instantly.

  3. Do CPK Gift Cards expire?

    No, our gift cards never expire.

  4. Where can I use my CPK Gift Card?

    CPK Gift Cards can be used at any California Pizza Kitchen (CPK) or ASAP in the United States EXCEPT for airport locations, stadiums, universities, travel plazas and the Mirage Hotel in Las Vegas. They are also not valid in Guam or international locations. Find a CPK location near you.

  5. Can I use my LA Food Show Gift Card at CPK?

    Yes, you can use them at any California Pizza Kitchen (CPK) or ASAP in the United States EXCEPT for airport locations, stadiums, universities, travel plazas and the Mirage Hotel in Las Vegas. They are also not valid in Guam or international locations. Find a CPK location near you.

  6. Are CPK Gift Cards accepted at International CPK locations?

    No, our international locations do not accept CPK Gift Cards.

  7. Does the recipient of a CPK Gift Card have to use the card for menu items that are photographed and appear on the front of the card?

    No. California Pizza Kitchen Gift Cards can be used toward any item listed on our menu

  8. Can I reload my CPK Gift Card?

    Yes, CPK Gift Cards can be reloaded online at cpk.com or at any participating CPK or CPK ASAP restaurant. Gift cards cannot be reloaded at airport locations, stadiums, universities, travel plazas and the Mirage Hotel in Las Vegas. They are also not reloadable in Guam or international locations.

  9. Is it safe to give my credit card information online?

    Keeping your information secure is a top priority for us. When you place your order through our website, your order information, including credit card number, is transmitted to our secure server. To validate the security of your order, please review the Trustwave validation seal when entering your payment information.

  10. In what dollar amounts are CPK Gift Cards available?

    CPK Gift Cards are available in whole dollar denominations, in five-dollar increments, from $10 to $500.

  11. Does CPK charge a monthly service fee for unused balances left on my CPK Gift Card?

    No, a monthly service fee is not applied to our gift cards.

  12. Will you sell my information to other companies?

    We are as concerned about ensuring the privacy of your information as you are. CPK will not trade, rent or sell your personal information. We will also never share your credit card number, email address, or other personal information without your prior authorization. For more details, please refer to our privacy policy.

  13. I need a CPK Gift Card today and I do not live near a California Pizza Kitchen restaurant. Where else can I find CPK Gift Cards?

    You can purchase CPK Gift Cards on this Web site. Our new electronic gift card option allows gift givers the opportunity to send their gift instantly via email.

  14. How do I check the balance on my CPK Gift Card?

    You can check your balance by going to any of our full-service California Pizza Kitchen restaurants, cpk.com or by calling our automated toll free number at 1-888-351-2594.

  15. What are my shipping options and how long does it take to receive a gift card?

    Shipping time will depend on the delivery method you select. Gift cards can be sent to either a physical street address or a recognizable post office box. Or, you can purchase our new eGift cards and it will be instantly emailed to you.

    We recommend shipping purchases over $100 via FedEx. Bear in mind that Federal Express only ships to physical street addresses and not P.O. Boxes, and that a signature is required for delivery to a place of business. FedEx will make three attempts to deliver a package.

    Delivery options and charges:

    • United States Postal Service (USPS) Standard Mail 5-7 business days (tracking not included) $0.50
    • Federal Express Ground Residential** 3-7 business days (tracking included) $6.50
    • Federal Express 2 Day 2 days (tracking included) $11.25
    • Federal Express Next Day Air 1 day (tracking included) $20.00
    Orders received after 11:00 a.m. (PST) Friday and prior to 11:00 a.m. (PST) on Monday will be shipped on Monday. All orders placed after 11:00 a.m. (PT) will be processed the next business day. Time of delivery will depend upon the shipping option you choose.

  16. Can I place a CPK Gift Card order for delivery to Hawaii or Alaska?

    Yes, we deliver to Hawaii and Alaska via USPS Standard Mail and FedEx. Please note that USPS deliveries to Hawaii and Alaska take approximately 7-14 business days. Standard Overnight and FedEx 2-Day are available for deliveries to Alaska. Hawaii offers FedEx 2-Day Shipping only. Also note that while shipping might indicate overnight and 2-Day, there are regions in these areas that require extra time for delivery.

  17. Do you deliver on Saturday or Sunday?

    No, at this time we do not deliver on Saturday or Sunday. However, if a gift card is shipping via USPS there is a possibility of it arriving on a Saturday.

  18. Do you deliver outside of the United States?

    No, at this time, we do not deliver outside of the United States.

  19. Can I place a CPK Gift Card order for delivery to Canada?

    We do not deliver to Canadian addresses because, at this time, we do not have any CPK restaurants in Canada.

  20. Can I place a CPK Gift Card order for delivery in the United States if I live in Canada?

    No, currently we cannot accept international forms of payment for online orders.

  21. Can I place a CPK Gift Card order for delivery to a P.O. Box?

    Federal Express does not ship to P.O. Boxes, however, USPS Standard Mail does. If you require delivery to a P.O. Box please choose USPS Standard Mail.

  22. Can I place a CPK Gift Card order for delivery to APO addresses?

    At this time we cannot deliver gift cards to APO addresses.

  23. Can I place a CPK Gift Card order if I have an APO address?

    At this time we cannot accept an online order if you have an APO billing address.

  24. I chose USPS Standard Mail before and received my CPK Gift Card in 3 days, and another time it took 7 days. Why?

    USPS Standard Mail service is reliant on the distance the order has to travel, as well as mail volume. During peak mail times, service may take longer than usual.

  25. Will I get confirmation of my CPK Gift Card order?

    Yes, after your order is placed, you will be emailed a confirmation that will include your order details.

  26. How do I track my order?

    If you chose Federal Express, your tracking number will be emailed to you when your order is shipped. To track your order, use your tracking number at www.fedex.com. Tracking is not available for USPS Mail orders.

  27. What if I use USPS Standard Mail and my CPK Gift Card order takes longer than expected or never shows up?

    Orders not delivered in 14 business days will be replaced. The original CPK Gift Card will be deactivated and marked as stolen, and new cards will be issued. We recommend that you plan for USPS Standard Mail service to take 5-7 business days. If your order does not arrive in that time, please call 1-800-91-WECARE or email us at CustomerService@cpk.com

  28. What happens if my CPK Gift Card does not work?

    CPK Gift Cards that don't work properly can be loaded onto another card at any California Pizza Kitchen restaurant. You can also call our toll free number for further assistance at 1-800-91-WECARE.

  29. Can I return a CPK Gift Card?

    Your CPK Gift Card cannot be redeemed for cash or credit, except as required by law.

  30. Who can I contact if I have questions or problems with my CPK Gift Card order?

  31. What happens if my CPK Gift Card is lost or stolen?

    Please treat your card like cash, as CPK and CPK ASAP are not responsible for unauthorized use. If lost or stolen, your CPK Gift Card can only be replaced for the remaining value with original proof of purchase, including the gift card identification number. Please e-mail CustomerService@cpk.com or call our toll free number at 1-800-91-WECARE. Be sure to include your full name, contact information, order date and order number.
