Where can I use my CPK Gift Card?

CPK Gift Cards can be used at any California Pizza Kitchen (CPK) or California Pizza Kitchen / ASAP in the United States EXCEPT for airport locations, stadiums, universities and the Mirage Hotel in Las Vegas. Not valid in Guam or international locations. At this time, they cannot be used at LA Food Show. To find a location near you, please click here.

If I need a CPK card today and I do not live near a restaurant. Where else can I find CPK Gift Cards?

You may also purchase CPK Gift Cards at the following participating retailers: AJ's Fine Foods, Albertsons, Albertsons/JEWEL, Andronicos, Bales Market, Bashas, Bi-Lo, Bi-Lo/Food World, Daniels Market, Food 4 Less, Food City, Foodland Hawaii, Foodland Hawaii(Kalama), Giant Carlisle, Giant Eagle, Haggen Inc., Harris Teeter, Heinens, Kroger, Major Market, Mollie Stones, Morton Country Market, PW Market, Safeway, StopShop/Landover, Stump's, Surf Market, Times Supermarkets, Tops, and Wakefern.

In what amounts are CPK Gift Cards available?

CPK Gift Cards are available in whole dollar denominations in five-dollar increments, between $5 and $500.

What happens if my CPK Gift Card is lost or stolen?

Please safeguard your card like cash, as CPK and CPK ASAP are not responsible for unauthorized use. If lost or stolen, it can only be replaced for the remaining value with original proof of purchase including the gift card identification number. Please e-mail CustomerService@cpk.com or call our toll free number at 1-888-351-2594. Be sure to include your full name, contact information, order date and order number.

Do CPK Gift Cards expire?

Our gift cards never expire.

Does CPK charge a monthly service fee for unused balances left on my CPK Gift Card?

Absolutely not.

How do I check the balance on my CPK Gift Card?

You can verify the balance by going to any of our California Pizza Kitchen restaurants, cpk.com or by calling our toll free number 1-888-351-2594.

Can I reload my CPK Gift Card?

The CPK Gift Card can be reloaded at any participating CPK or CPK ASAP.  At this time, CPK Gift Cards can NOT be reloaded online.

What happens if my CPK Gift Card is not functioning properly?

CPK Gift Cards that are not functioning properly can be loaded onto another CPK Gift Card at any California Pizza Kitchen restaurant or please call our toll free number for further assistance at 888-351-2594.

Can I return a CPK Gift Card?

Your CPK Gift Card cannot be redeemed for cash or credit, except as required by law.

Are CPK Gift Cards accepted at our International locations?

No, at this time our International locations do not accept CPK Gift Cards.

What are my shipping options and what is the amount of time it takes to receive a gift card?

The shipping time will depend on the delivery method you select. Listed below are the delivery options and the appropriate charges:

USPS Standard Mail 7-14 business days (tracking not included) $0.50
Federal Express Ground Residential 2-5 days (tracking included) $6.50
Federal Express 2 Day 2- days (tracking included) $11.25
Federal Express Next Day Air 1 day (tracking included) $20.00

  • Orders received after 11:00 a.m. (Pacific Standard Time) Friday and prior to 11:00 a.m. (Pacific Standard Time) on Monday will be shipped on Monday.
  • Gift cards can be sent to either a physical street address or a recognizable post office box.
  • We recommend large ($100+) purchases be shipped via FedEx due to the large dollar amount of the purchase.
  • Gift cards sent via Federal Express can only be sent to a physical street address. Federal Express will not deliver to a P.O. Box.
  • A signature is required for the gift card to be delivered to a place of business. FedEx will make three attempts to deliver the package.

When will I receive my CPK Gift Card?

All orders placed after 11:00 a.m. (Pacific Standard Time) will be processed the next business day. Delivery will depend upon the option you choose.

Do you deliver on Saturday or Sunday?

No, at this time we do not deliver on Saturday or Sunday. However, if the gift card is shipping via USPS there is a possibility of it arriving on a Saturday.

Do you deliver outside of the United States?

No, at this time we do not deliver outside of the United States.

Can I place an order for delivery to Canada?

No, we do not deliver to Canadian addresses. At this time, we do not have any CPK restaurants located in Canada.

Can I place an order for delivery in the United States if I live in Canada?

No, currently we can not accept international forms of payment for online orders.

Can you deliver to Hawaii or Alaska?

Yes we deliver to Hawaii and Alaska via USPS Standard Mail and FedEx. Please know that USPS deliveries to Hawaii and Alaska will take approximately 7-14 business days.
Standard Overnight and FedEx 2-Day are available for deliveries to Alaska.
Hawaii offers FedEx 2-Day Shipping only.
Please note while shipping will say overnight and 2-Day there are regions in these areas that require extra time for delivery.

Can you deliver to a P.O. Box?

Federal Express does not ship to P.O. Boxes, however, USPS Standard Mail does. If you need delivery to a P.O. Box please choose USPS Standard Mail.

Can you deliver to APO addresses?

At this time we cannot deliver gift cards to APO addresses.

Can I place an order if I have an APO address?

At this time we cannot accept an online order if the billing address is that of an APO.

What if I use USPS Standard Mail and my order takes too long or never shows up?

Orders not delivered in 14 business days will be replaced. The original CPK Gift Card will be deactivated and marked as stolen and new cards will be issued. We recommend that you plan for USPS Standard Mail service to take 7-14 business days. Orders are usually received within that time. If this occurs please call 888-351-2594 or send an email to CustomerService@cpk.com.

Last time I placed an order with USPS Standard Mail and received it in 3 days, but this time it took 7 days. Why?

USPS Standard Mail service is reliant on the distance the order has to travel and mail volume. During peak mail times, service may take longer than usual.

Will I get confirmation of my order?

Yes, after your order is placed you will be emailed a confirmation that will include the details of your order.

How can I track my order?

Your tracking number will be emailed to you when your order is shipped.
To track Federal Express orders, use your tracking number to visit www.fedex.com
Tracking is not available for USPS Mail orders.

Can I order a CPK Gift Card online and pick it up at my local restaurant?

At this time you are not able to pick up your online orders at our restaurants. When ordering online, CPK Gift Cards will be shipped directly to the address you provide.

Is it safe to give my credit card information online?

Keeping your information secure is a top priority for us. When you place your order through our website, you will transmit your order information, including credit card number, to our secure server. You will know it is secure when the lock appears in the bottom right hand corner of your screen.

Will you sell my information to other companies?

We are just as concerned about ensuring your safety as you are. CPK will not trade, rent or sell your personal information. We will also never share your credit card number, email address, or other personal information without your prior authorization.
